I started this video course when I felt down. I did not know what I wanted anymore, there was just utter chaos in my head. I've always loved my job, though I wasn't sure whether I was really good at it. Having two little children who need my time and conscious presence, I was starting to doubt whether this job is right for me. Is loving my job enough, when at times it takes more effort and energy than I get back? Should I do something that allows me to spend more time at home? The coaching video series made me dive into my feelings; the ones I buried very deep inside. I cried, I cursed, I told my husband and sister where I was at and that I didn't know any more. I asked for help, for clarity and for a hug. I allowed myself to see that I am the one telling myself that I am not good enough. And I am the one that should ask for help when I need it. It made me realise what was there at those times and how I could reintegrate it in the here & now. Part of the course guides you through a thorough self-assessment by use of a timeline. The timeline consists of the events in your life that you find have had the most impact on your life, how you behave, and e.g. when you were happiest, when you were most unhappy, when did you thrive etc. By analysing every event in great detail and by almost reliving those moments I gained a much better understanding of why I made certain decisions, and when and why I thrived. I gained an understanding of what I would like to see in my future personal and career path. It's based on what I really enjoyed and appreciated in the past such as work environment, type of work and key characteristics of the content of the job. I would like to highlight that it is extremely important to really take the time and energy to follow the videos (not late at night when you are actually too tired after work). I watched all videos twice where I rushed through it the first time. The second time I did it I took the time to go back into time to those events in my life to deeply understand what it exactly was that made these events so important or interesting to me and to understand how I behaved, who people around me behaved, how I responded, my emotions, etc. I found this extremely helpful in getting a step closer to understanding where I would like to go in my career and also what I would like to improve in my relationships.

    It takes most people around one to two months, working through an average of one module a week.

    If you prefer to do the course faster, for example during a holiday or redundancy, this is possible too. Little note of warning though, speed is not always in your favour while doing inner work. Make sure you have enough time to slow down, and reflect on the exercises to get most out of this inner journey.

    Each module explains a coaching exercise with the support of a video. You can decide for yourself how much time to devote to each exercise: on average participants take at least one to one-and-a-half hours to complete each module. Each module comes with in-depth worksheets and additional bonus material to deepen your journey. The more time you invest, the more depth and insight you'll get from this course.

    The online course can be completed at your own pace. You can download the videos, so they're yours for life: you can take all the time you need to reflect while going through the course and come back to certain bits whenever you like. We have designed your Inner Journey to be as powerful and flexible for you as we can!

  • What if I start digging into my inner world and things come up that scare me, that I am not ready for, or that are going to turn my current life upside down?

    This one is a common worry. It's partly a genuine fear as inconvenient stuff is going to come to the surface. Almost guaranteed. But it's like a spring clean; once you're free of the old, unnecessary stuff you'll feel so much lighter and there will be space for the new.

You can email your notes, handouts and questions from the course, which will be read by your coach before your session. We will do new exercises in our 1-to1 sessions, especially tailored to your unique situation.

    Clients have shared that the 1-to-1 sessions gave them an opportunity to slow down, to reflect deeper and to explore their challenges in more depth. It's especially useful to have the coach act like a mirror, and point out any blind spots or things you might have been unaware of before.

    Your Coach will be present to confidently and purposefully guide you through your own unique challenges, offering tools and techniques to lighten the emotional and psychological load as you travel.
